On July 5, 2023, petitioner's counsel, Otis Stewart, Jr. filed a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel. That notice, however, does not comply with Tax Court Rule 24(c)(1). Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel is recharacterized as a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 24, 2023, Otis Stewart, Jr. shall file a supplement to his Motion to Withdraw as Counsel and therein provide the information required by Tax Court Rule 24(c)(4).
