Opinion

No. 3D14–0318.

Daniel MAXWELL, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).

The motion filed by Mr. Maxwell on September 21, 2015, and which we have previously indicated would be treated as a petition for writ of habeas corpus based on ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, is hereby denied. To the extent that the December 17, 2015 motion for a written opinion can be read to refer to this Court's denial of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, it is denied. All other filings by Maxwell are noted and to the extent that they require a ruling, are denied.

ROTHENBERG, LOGUE and SCALES, JJ., concur.
