ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before July 7, 2023, file with the Court further written reports advising of the then-present status of this case, in particular the progress made towards resolution, by settlement or otherwise, of the issues raised in this matter, and attaching thereto a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
