Gary Maultsby appeals an order denying his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. After taking judicial notice of the record of appellant's direct appeal, number 96-941, the court concludes that postconviction relief was correctly denied.

Affirmed.
