On August 23, 2024, petitioner filed a motion to compel production of documents [Doc. 72] requesting that the Court issue an Order requiring the Commissioner to produce documents set forth in petitioner's second request for production of documents. In its motion, petitioner states that the Commissioner objects to the granting of this motion. We will direct the Commissioner to file his response. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 26, 2024, the Commissioner shall file a response to the petitioner's motion to compel production of documents.
