Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 21, 2016, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Douglas M. DeMarchÉ, Esq., dated October 16, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated October 16, 2017, and the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to October 27, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 4, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
