PRESENT:

Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 21, 2016, and respondent having moved to enlarge the record on appeal, and for an extension of time to file her brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated October 3, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to October 13, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order permitting the record on appeal to be enlarged is denied (see 22 NYCRR 1000.4 [a] [1] [ii]), and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a brief is granted on condition that respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 20, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
