Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on September 21, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq., sworn to June 27, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Linda M. Campbell, Esq., dated June 29, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before September 8, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.

Memorandum: No further extensions will be granted.
