In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its April 1, 2020 order in Matthiessen v. Greenwood Motor Lines, Inc., case No. 1-20-0405, denying the Rule 306(a)(2) petition for leave to appeal for want of jurisdiction. The appellate court is directed to treat the Rule 306(a)(2) petition for appeal as timely filed.
