The judgment for the defendant superintendent is vacated in so far as it grants summary judgment for that defendant on the plaintiffs' claims discussed in the Appeals Court memorandum and order. Those claims are remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings. The judgment for the defendant members of the disciplinary board is affirmed.
