ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


On June 18, 2004, defendant filed a Motion to Compel Discovery or Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint. Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause why no response to the motion has been timely filed and why Defendant's requests for discovery have not been complied with. Plaintiff shall file a response within 10 days. If good cause is not shown, the court will dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint.
