ORDER


The court has before it for decision Defendant's Motion to Quash Service of Summons (Docket #9). Plaintiff has represented that he sent by certified mail a second summons and complaint to Donna Hendricks at Defendant Provident Bank. Defendant has moved to quash service of that second summons.

Having reviewed Defendant's Motion, there being no timely opposition by Plaintiff and good cause appearing therefor, the motion is GRANTED for substantially the same reasons stated by Defendant is its supporting pleading.
