Defendant-appellant having moved, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Nancy E. Smith on December 9, 2021, for a stay of all proceedings to enforce an order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered December 8, 2021, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of the penalty parts of the sixteenth ordering paragraph of the order entered December 8, 2020, which begins on page 12 and continues to page 13, and the order of commitment, which among other things directs the Sheriff or Commissioner of Corrections, for the County of Wayne, to imprison defendant-appellant Jennifer A. Grandjean, is stayed pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, on the condition that this appeal () and the appeals from the orders entered October 6, 2020 (CA 20-01367), and March 12, 2021 (CA 21-00413; CA 21-00414; CA 21-00415), are perfected on or before April 5, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., and
It is further ORDERED that the stay of enforcement set forth herein is additionally conditioned on defendant-appellant complying with all other provisions of the order entered December 8, 2021.
