January 14, 1947.

Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.


The board found the claimant became disabled as a result of poisoning by carbon disulphide and hydrogen sulphide, which he contracted due to the nature of his employment and while engaged in the employment of the appellant. The evidence sustains the findings. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. All concur.
