DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
CONSENT ORDER
THIS MATTER, having been opened to the Court by David E. Johnson, Jr., Director, Office of Attorney Ethics, with the consent of the respondent, Raymond F. Zaleski of Bayonne, and the parties having agreed to respondent's temporary suspension from the practice of law pending final disposition of all ethics grievances before the District VI Ethics Committee, together with the additional relief provided by this Order, and for good cause shown,
IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. Raymond F. Zaleski of Bayonne, admitted to practice in this state in 1977 is temporarily suspended from the practice of law and is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law in the State of New Jersey, effective immediately, pending final determination of all ethics grievances and until further order of this Court.
2. Raymond F. Zaleski is further restrained and enjoined from dispersing funds from any account maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6 in any New Jersey financial institution and all funds in any such account shall be transmitted by the financial institution which is the present custodian thereof to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending further order of this Court.
3. Raymond F. Zaleski shall comply with all administrative guidelines of the Office of Attorney Ethics governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
