DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Office of Attorney Ethics having petitioned the Supreme Court for the transfer to disability inactive status of MILTON C. YARROW, of NEWARK who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1936, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that MILTON C. YARROW is hereby transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-9(a), effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that during the period respondent is on disability inactive status, he shall be ineligible to practice law and shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations in Administrative Guideline No. 23.
