Opinion
PER CURIAM.
In the case of Ward School Bus Manufacturing, Inc. et al. v. Fowler, 261 Ark. 100, 547 S.W.2d 394, this court held that Section 15 of Act 1227, Ark. Acts of 1975, which provided for an appeal from the Workmen's Compensation Commission directly to the Supreme Court of Arkansas, rather than to the circuit court, was unconstitutional and void.
