ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT
On December 23, 1976, the Supreme Court suspended Petitioner, Jack R. Wood, from the practice of law in the State of Indiana for a period of not less than one year, beginning February 1, 1977. Upon completion of one year suspension, Mr. Wood filed his Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 18. The Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 18, submitted Findings of Fact and Recommendations, and thereafter amended such findings. The Respondent, pursuant to Section 18, of Admission and Discipline Rule 23, now petitions this Court for a review of such Amended Recommendation of the Disciplinary Commission, which Petition for Review reads as follows:
(H. I.)
And this Court, having examined all matters presented in this cause, now finds that Petitioner Wood has complied with the requirements of Section 4 of Admission and Discipline Rule 23, and, accordingly, further finds that his petition for reinstatement should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Jack R. Wood be reinstated as an attorney in good standing at the Bar of the Supreme Court of Indiana, effective on the date of this Order.
The Clerk of this Court is directed to send copies of this Order to Petitioner, to the Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, to the State Board of Law Examiners, and to all parties notified of the initial suspension of Respondent.
