ORDER

LEON S. WOLK of Wood Cliff Lake having appeared before this Court on Tuesday, December 11, 1979 on an order to show cause why he should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the disposition of the Court's review of the report and recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that LEON S. WOLK be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of the matters before this Court, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that LEON S. WOLK be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
