Order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, directing examination of appellant, pursuant to section 263 of the Surrogate's Court Act, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements to respondent, payable out of the estate, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
