In a proceeding to judicially settle the final account of Maude Lee Reavis as administratrix de bonis non of the estate of Mattie Williams, deceased, she appeals both individually and as such administratrix from so much of a final decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 1961, made after trial before an Official Referee and the Surrogate, as inter alia sustained certain objections to her account; made certain surcharges against her as administratrix; approved the payment out of the estate of a counsel fee of $7,500 to Harold Hyman, Esq., for his services as attorney rendered to the estate; directed her personally to pay to said attorney the sum of $2,000 as and for his costs, as taxed, for services rendered to the objectant Lottie V. Williams; and judicially settled the account as thus adjusted. Decree insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with costs to the objectant payable by the administratrix personally out of the share of Clinton A. Williams, deceased. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Hill and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
