On the court's own motion, appeal No. 7 dismissed, with costs against Lucian Rossi, Esq., personally, upon the grounds that the order appealed from is not final within the meaning of the Constitution and that no substantial constitutional question is directly involved.

Motion by appellant Rossi for various relief denied, with $20 costs against Lucian Rossi, Esq., personally.
