Decree of the Surrogate's Court of Queens county, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young and Carswell, JJ., concur; Kapper and Hagarty, JJ., dissent and vote for reversal and a new trial on the ground that the decree is contrary to the weight of the credible evidence.
