Order denying motion of appellant to direct the Superintendent of Banks to deliver to the estate of which the appellant is the legal representative certain named securities, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The claim is barred by the Statute of Limitations (Civ. Pr. Act, § 48, subd. 4) and by section 619 Banking of the Banking Law. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
