Motion to compel respondent to produce certain papers as exhibits on the appeal herein denied. All papers and documents upon which the Committee on Character and Fitness based its recommendation are contained in the file comprising the record on appeal in the Court of Appeals. Appellant may submit a copy of the letter from Chase Manhattan Bank to which she refers in her notice of motion.
