DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that TIMOTHY WEEKS of NEWARK, who was admitted to the Bar of this State of 1972, be indefinitely suspended from the practice of law;
And it appearing that efforts to communicate with respondent in respect of these disciplinary proceedings have produced no response;
And it further appearing that Respondent has not acknowledged any notices of disciplinary hearings nor attended the District Ethics Committee proceedings or Disciplinary Review Board hearing nor answered the orders to show cause scheduled in this Court;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the suspension of TIMOTHY WEEKS from the practice of law, first ordered by this Court on November 28, 1988, is hereby continued pending the further ORDER of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent may seek restoration on written application to this Court on notice to the Office of Attorney Ethics; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent be put on notice that he must continue to comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent shall continue to be restrained from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that this Order shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the New Jersey Law Journal and twice in a newspaper of general circulation in Essex County.
