DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

This matter coming before the Court on an order to show cause why the immediate temporary suspension and restraints imposed on TIMOTHY WEEKS of HACKENSACK should not continue pending the final disposition of the ethics matters pending against him, and said TIMOTHY WEEKS having failed to appear before this Court on the return date of said order to show cause, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension and restraints imposed on TIMOTHY WEEKS by this Court's order of November 28, 1988, are hereby continued; and it is further ORDERED that TIMOTHY WEEKS be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with disbarred attorneys.
