Matter of Wachsstock v. Skyview Transportation Co.

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Jan 16, 1952
279 App. Div. 831 (N.Y. App. Div. 1952)

Opinion

January 16, 1952.

Appeal from Workmen's Compensation Board.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.

Ample evidence supports the board's findings that claimant's accidental experience which occurred in and arose out of his employment was causally related to his disability ( Pickerell v. Schumacher, 215 App. Div. 745, affd. 242 N.Y. 577). Decision and award unanimously affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board.
