AND NOW, this 26th day of September, 2002, upon receipt of sufficient evidence demonstrating that Leon L. Vinokur, Esquire (the "Respondent"), a lawyer subject to the disciplinary juridisction of the Board on Professional Responsibility and the Court, has committed violations of the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct, and that he poses a significant threat of substantial harm to the public and to the orderly administration of justice, and further that the Respondent consents to the Court's entry of an Order suspending him from the Bar of this Court on an interim basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
(1) the Respondent, Leon L. Vinokur, Esquire, hereby is immediately suspended from the practice of law in this State pending the disposition of this matter pursuant to the Delaware Lawyers' Rules of Disciplinary Procedure ("Procedural Rules");
(2) the Respondent shall provide notice to clients, adverse parties, and others as required by Procedural Rule 23; and
(3) This order shall be made public.
