ORDER

THOMAS K.J. TUSO of Vineland having been ordered to show cause before this court on July 10, 1979 why his temporary suspension from the practice of law should not be continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him and he, by his attorney, having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension from the practice of law of THOMAS K.J. TUSO, ordered by this Court by order dated June 26, 1979, is hereby continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him now pending before the District I Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that THOMAS K.J. TUSO is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
