Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ.


In a proceeding for determination of competency, etc., a brother of the adjudicated incompetent appeals from the portions of the order that appoint the wife of the incompetent as committee of his person and property and that make awards for the services of the special guardian and the attorney for the petitioner. Order, insofar as appeal is taken, unanimously affirmed, with costs to respondents, payable out of the incompetent's estate. No opinion.
