Order affirmed, with costs, for reasons stated in the Per Curiam opinion at the Appellate Division ( 70 A.D.2d 409), noting that the interest referred to in former subdivision 2 of section 555 of the General Municipal Law is interest on the judgment not interest on the money deposited.
