DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court recommending that BEVERLY K. THOMPSON of CHERRY HILL who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1979, be immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law until she complies with the determination of the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee in Perrone v. Thompson, Docket No. IV-87-3F, and this Court previously having entered an order on January 19, 1988, directing respondent's appearance on February 17, 1988, to show cause why she should not be immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law or transferred to disability status, and why she should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that BEVERLY K. THOMPSON show cause before this Court on Wednesday, February 17, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. in the Supreme Court Courtroom, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, Trenton, why she should not be immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law and why other recommendations to this Court by the Disciplinary Review Board should not be adopted for respondent's noncompliance with the determination of the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee.
