In a proceeding to compel respondent Commissioners to conduct a new primary election for the nomination of a candidate of the Liberal Party for the public office of member of the Assembly for the 18th Assembly District, Nassau County, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 14, 1970, which dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, on the opinion of the Special Term, without costs. Christ, P.J., Rabin, Hopkins, Munder and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
