MATTER OF TED KAI-MING YOUNG

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Dec 20, 1949
276 App. Div. 841 (N.Y. App. Div. 1949)

Opinion

December 20, 1949.

Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.

Appeal from the order placing on the calendar for trial petitioner's application for an order fixing the emergency rent, unanimously dismissed. The court does not, at this time, pass on the question as to whether there is a right, under the circumstances of this case, to have such reasonable emergency rent fixed, a question which should be determined at Special Term.
