Motion to dismiss appeal granted unless appellant perfects appeal, files and serves typwritten record and typewritten brief on or before August 16, 1941, and is ready for argument at the September Compensation and Unemployment Insurance Appeals Term of this court, commencing September 15, 1941, in which case the motion is denied.
