Order unanimously modified to the extent of eliminating the provision that certificates of eviction issue forthwith and also the provision that said certificates be issued without any waiting period prescribed therein and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
