Matter of Syracuse Grade Crossing Commission

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Sep 28, 1949
275 App. Div. 1020 (N.Y. App. Div. 1949)

Opinion

September 28, 1949.

Present — Taylor, P.J., McCurn, Love, Vaughan and Piper, JJ. [See 276 App. Div. 819.]

Orders affirmed, without costs of this appeal to any party. All concur. (The first order of the Public Service Commission determines what part of the costs of new railroad yards and passenger station and train sheds constructed in connection with the Syracuse grade crossing elimination should be paid solely by the railroad. The second order denies a motion by the railroad company for a rehearing.)
