Matter of Sullivan

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Apr 1, 1933
239 App. Div. 810 (N.Y. App. Div. 1933)

Opinion

April, 1933.

The movant apparently misapprehends the record upon which the order heretofore made by this court was granted. The resolution of the Bar Association of Northern Chautauqua was not in any way considered by this court in making its determination. The motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied because in our opinion no reviewable question of law is presented. Crosby, J., not sitting.
