Opinion
June 30, 1943.
This is a review pursuant to the provisions of article 78 of the Civil Practice Act of the determination of the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York revoking petitioner's license to practice medicine. The charges were preferred by a medical inspector appointed by the Regents and in substance set forth that petitioner undertook and engaged to procure the performance of a criminal abortion for which he was paid a sum of money. There is ample evidence to support the findings of the Board, and the determination should be confirmed, without costs. Determination confirmed, without costs. All concur.
