Opinion
December 5, 1949.
In a summary proceeding brought by petitioner, a former client of respondent-appellant, an attorney, for an order determining and fixing said respondent-appellant's compensation for professional services and reimbursement for expenses incurred by him, and directing payment to petitioner of any amount found due from said respondent-appellant, the latter counterclaimed for the value of additional professional services allegedly rendered to petitioner. Both parties appeal from an order which denied petitioner's application, except as to a credit of $6, concededly due to petitioner from respondent-appellant, and which dismissed the latter's counterclaim. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 918.]
