Motion to dismiss appeal on the ground appellant has failed to pay award (Workmen's Compensation Law, § 23) or, in the alternative, to direct appellant to pay award with interest from date of the award and a penalty equal to 20% thereof in accordance with section 25 (subd. 3, par. [c]) of the Workmen's Compensation Law as a condition to continuance of appeal. Motion denied, without costs (see Workmen's Compensation Law, §§ 26, 54-b). Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
