Appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board awarding claimant benefits upon a finding of disability causally related to her employment. Claimant's medical expert testified that her paraplegic condition resulted from a slow hemorrhage into the spinal cord caused by the exertion involved in lifting and turning a male patient. Although there existed conflicting medical testimony as to causation, the resolution of this matter lies within the exclusive province of the board and where its determination is supported by substantial evidence it will not be disturbed. Decision affirmed, with one bill of costs to respondents filing briefs. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Cooke, JJ., concur.
