Motion for stay granted upon condition that within five days from the entry of the order herein appellant give an undertaking, with corporate surety, in the sum of $250 to the effect that she will pay all costs and damages which may be awarded against her upon the appeal; otherwise, motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
