Order in so far as it fixes the sum of $6,500 as the fair and reasonable value of the services rendered by the respondent as attorney for the incompetent and to her committee modified, by reducing the amount to $5,000, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty and Johnston, JJ., concur; Carswell, J., votes to affirm. Settle order on notice.
