DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1970 and who formerly had offices in BRICK TOWNSHIP, having been ordered to show cause why he should not be immediately temporarily suspended and sanctioned for his failure to comply with an arbitration award of the District IX Fee Arbitration Committee,
And respondent having failed to appear on the return date of the Order to Show Cause,
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending his full payment of the arbitration award of $1,189.25, as found by the District IX Fee Arbitration Committee, and until the further order of the Court, effectively immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent pay a monetary sanction of $250 to the Ethics Financial Committee; and it is further
ORDERED that STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI comply with Administrative Guideline Number 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
