On the court's own motion, it is determined, on consideration of continuation of this court's November 11, 1986 suspension, with pay, of Honorable Francis X. Smith from his office of Justice of the Supreme Court, Eleventh Judicial District, that the suspension shall be continued, without pay, effective immediately.

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE and BELLACOSA. Taking no part: Judges SIMONS and HANCOCK, JR.
