Motion by petitioner to confirm report of Official Referee, finding respondent guilty of one charge and not guilty as to any of the other charges, and recommending that respondent be suspended from practice for one year. Motion granted; report confirmed; and respondent suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, beginning 20 days after entry of the order hereon. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
