Appeal by a judgment creditor from an order in supplementary proceedings which granted a motion by the debtor to vacate an order punishing him for contempt. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
