Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the Appellate Division order of October 11, 1977, granted; and, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the Appellate Division order of July 1, 1976, dismissed upon the ground that the order sought to be appealed from involves a question of discretion of the type not reviewable by the Court of Appeals (Cohen and Karger, Power of the New York Court of Appeals, § 148, p 592).
